You Are :
As a Senior Lead AI Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients in operationalizing large scale advanced AI (including Large Language Model (LLM)) platforms and solutions.
You will interact with high level clients, assess current state of their platforms, translate business priorities into technical requirements and architecture and make key technical decisions for scaling in the enterprise.
Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping cutting-edge architectures, frameworks, and methodologies, pushing the boundaries of machine learning and generative ai.
You will architect, engineer and operationalize sophisticated solutions in AI using generative ai technologies.
Position Responsibilities :
• Articulate long-term Enterprise AI architecture vision, strategy, and implementation plan with top leaders (e.g., CTO, CIO, Chief Architects) in our client's CTO / CIO organizations.
• Lead Enterprise AI maturity and technical assessments across client organizations and provide recommendations for developing future state.
• Lead AI solutioning and scoping discussions with high level clients and create execution / implementation plan.
• Lead architecture and solutions that brings convergence of data, classical ML and generative AI, demonstrate mastery of technologies and solutions in these areas.
• Lead architecting AI foundation components and frameworks in areas like RAG, prompt management, model customization, LLMOps, AI agents etc.

• Analyze solution options including best adaptation of a generative AI model for the problem at hand, to improve the overall quality Gen AI products, applications, and systems.
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of Gen AI systems and provide design recommendations that business functional objectives.
• Estimate the complexity, effort and time required for deploying an end-to-end AI and Gen AI solutions.
• Estimate cost of using foundation models (LLMs) in different forms for business use cases and the viability, develop cost models for different usage patterns.
• Analyze and make right technological choices for generative ai solutions. Integrate relevant open-sourced or third-party solutions along with cloud native services.
• Design and prototype reusable components for LLM based solution patterns.
• Architect components of an LLM solution to address Responsible AI & Security.
• Design LLM Ops solutions for large scale operationalization.
• Collaborate seamlessly with diverse, cross-functional teams to accurately identify and prioritize requirements, ensuring that the language model meets the needs and expectations of various stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architecture blueprints and high-level design documentation that comprehensibly captures the intricate details of the language model, facilitating seamless understanding, efficient troubleshooting, and future development.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What you need :
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing & deploying analytics AI / ML solutions using at least one cloud vendor.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the LLM and Generative AI space.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience architecting and operationalizing LLM driven application architecture patterns.
• Minimum of 10 years in engineering, analytics, machine learning, deep learning and NLP solutions and applications.
• Minimum of 5 years leading AI Architecture and Technology teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 15 years), or an associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
