Summary
Develops and administers a comprehensive Recruitment Program for the health system. This program includes responsibility for recruitment of nursing and allied health staff.
Two years of previous Recruiting experience. Healthcare Recruiting experience preferred. Experience in a human resource function with experience in hiring procedures preferred. A minimum of two years clerical/secretary experience required. Computer data entry experience with emphasis on report structure. Computer data entry experience with emphasis on report structure. Experience in ATS, Word, Excel and Access database programs. Numerical ability is required to prepare and interpret statistical reports. Ability to present in a professional manner to groups. Ability to collect, organize and interpret data from personal interview, application forms, and letters of recommendation, to assist in making proper placement. Requires knowledge of applicable computer applications, (i.e. applicant tracking systems).Must be able to communicate orally. Job requires frequent traveling, often unaccompanied. Must lift and carry displays and other recruitment materials. Must set up and arrange displays, and greet visitors at the displays.
