We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a n
Events Coordinator . This will be a remote role , and will be a 2 -month contract with potential for extension .
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of recruiting/recruiting coordination experience, or equivalent
• High volume scheduling experience
• Previous experience with events logistics
• Adaptive to process changes
• Detail oriented
• Experience with Tracking Systems
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel
• Excellent communication skills and experience communicating between multiple parties
Preferred Qualifications
• Talent Acquisition experience
• Events logistics experience for a large technology company
• ATS experience
• Budgeting experience
• Reporting experience
Pay Range
• The pay range for this position is $ 24.57 to $ 50.76 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.
