PPC Ads Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a data-driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) PPC Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and managing PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. They will be responsible for setting up conversion goals, creating target audiences, and optimizing ads to achieve the best possible results. Google and Microsoft Ads certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Develop and implement conversion goals for each campaign to track and measure success.

Create and optimize audience segments to ensure ads reach the most relevant users.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Conduct keyword research and develop effective ad copy to maximize campaign performance.

Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.

Manage budget allocations and bid strategies to maximize ROI.

Generate detailed reports and insights on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certified.

Strong understanding of various PPC platforms and their best practices.

Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Conversion Rate: Measure the percentage of users who complete the desired action (e.g., form submission, purchase) after clicking on the ad.

Cost Per Conversion (CPC): Track the cost-effectiveness of campaigns by measuring the average cost to generate a conversion.

Impression Share: Assess the percentage of total impressions your ads receive compared to the total available impressions.

Quality Score: Maintain a high-quality score by optimizing ad relevance, landing page experience, and expected CTR.

Ad Relevance and Engagement: Regularly review and optimize ad copy and creatives to improve relevance and user engagement.

Lead Quality: Monitor the quality of leads generated through campaigns to ensure they meet the desired criteria.
