Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Analyst to optimize and enhance the functionality of Salesforce across our teams. This role is 100% remote and is a contract position lasting until the end of 2024. Due to client requirements, US citizenship is required.
About The Role
In this role, you will work closely with various departments to understand their unique needs and ensure that Salesforce effectively meets those needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce and workflows, with a talent for developing automated and scalable processes that streamline operations and boost productivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Teams: Work directly with Salesforce users to translate their business needs into impactful Salesforce solutions.
• Manage Data Integration: Understand and manage data integrations across departments, ensuring any changes are well-coordinated and beneficial.
• Guide Change Processes: Lead users and business leaders through the Salesforce change management process, ensuring adherence to change control procedures.
• Create Technical Requirements: Draft detailed technical requirements for developers, offering input to ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Document and Train: Maintain clear documentation of Salesforce flows and designs. Work with the internal training team to ensure new functionalities are accurately documented and included in training materials.
• Deploy and Improve: Roll out new Salesforce capabilities that automate tasks, enhance productivity, and continuously improve the platform’s usage across the organization.
What You'll Need
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to document business processes using clear written materials and diagrams.
• Salesforce Expertise: Experience in designing Salesforce reports and dashboards that effectively communicate operational status and analytical trends.
• Testing Skills: Experience in creating comprehensive test plans with measurable criteria.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• COVID-19 Compliance: Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Extensive Salesforce Experience: 7+ years of experience with Salesforce, including prior experience in helping business units develop and optimize their CRM usage.
• Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree and Salesforce Certifications are preferred.
Additional years of relevant experience, or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
