Job Title: SaaS Implementation Project Manager (no C2C)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client is embarking on a significant project to replace their current Claims system with VBA Software, a SaaS solution. This 2-year project requires a Project Manager (PM) to ensure the initiative stays on time and within budget. This position is predominantly remote, with in-office work required as project needs dictate. Some travel to Germantown, WI, where VBA is located, will also be necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the VBA Claims system, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to drive project success.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across all project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Ensure project deliverables meet the quality standards and requirements specified by KBA.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Travel as needed to Germantown, WI, to engage with the VBA team and ensure smooth project execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on large-scale SaaS implementations.
• Proven track record in managing health claims system migrations or similar large-scale healthcare IT projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, particularly in healthcare environments.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with health claims processing systems.
• Experience in managing projects within a highly regulated environment.
