As a GCP Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing customized solutions on the Google Cloud Platform for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to understand their unique requirements and architect scalable and efficient cloud architectures.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective cloud solutions on GCP.
• Design end-to-end cloud architectures, incorporating GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and more.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the value and feasibility of GCP solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of GCP to clients.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and adoption of GCP solutions.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GCP services and technologies to effectively position them to clients.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience as a Solutions Engineer, with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively deliver technical demonstrations and workshops.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate GCP services.
• GCP certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer) are a plus.
