Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field and at least 2 years of successful work experience or an equivalent amount of education and experience required.
In the HR Administrator position, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Administration
• Maintain employee HR electronic files and databases.
• Initiate IT updates for onboarding, offboarding, and status changes.
• Send employee goodwill communication.
HRIS Administration
• Employment verifications and loan forgiveness documentation.
• Administer signature requirements, checklists, and documents for staff during pre- and post-employment process via DocuSign and HRIS.
• Conduct annual employee MVR reports and report results.
• Provide HRIS employee education and training for supervisors and staff.
• Process employee name changes.
Onboarding
• Administer pre-employment process.
• Conduct new hire orientations.
• Review new hire survey and send to supervisor and HR Manager.
Offboarding
• Administer post-employment process.
General Assistance
• Back-up to reception, as needed.
• Back-up to mailroom, as needed.
• Assist in morale building events (Employee fun day, Employee Appreciation, Quarterly birthday celebrations).
• Oversee HR related surveys and tracking timely completion within HR Platform:
• Review and inform HR Manager of pertinent information related to surveys and reviews.
• Assist with other duties and assignments as necessary.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)
Compensation: $39,520 - $43,680 per year

Mercy’s Residential counseling Program is voluntary, biblically-based, and helps young women ages 13–32 break free from life-controlling issues and situations, including anxiety, depression, abuse, eating disorders, self-harm, addictions, unplanned pregnancy, and sex trafficking. These residential services are offered free-of-charge. The Mercy Multiplied Center for Wellness and Counseling is Mercy’s free-of-charge Outpatient counseling Program for men and women aged 13 and older. Our Outreach Services train and resource men and women to effectively support and minister to those who are hurting and struggling through workshops, videos, podcasts, discipleship teaching, and other practical resources.
