• *Recruiter in the Private Domestic Sector (Remote)**

The House Managers Network is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the private domestic sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, vetting, and placing top-tier domestic staff, including nannies, housekeepers, and household managers, with families in the Tri-State area and beyond. • *Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sourcing Candidates:** Utilize various channels, including social media platforms, networking events, and cold calling, to source high-quality candidates for domestic roles.

- **Candidate Evaluation:** Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, ensuring they meet the specific needs of our clients.

- **Full Recruitment Lifecycle:** Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

- **Relationship Development:** Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and families, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.

- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers:** Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements, tailoring recruitment strategies accordingly.

- **Contract Negotiation:** Negotiate and prepare employment contracts, ensuring all terms are clear and mutually beneficial.

- **Community Outreach:** Engage in outreach efforts to build and maintain relationships with families and domestic staff, enhancing our network and reputation in the industry.
• *Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in talent management and recruitment processes, particularly within the private domestic sector.

- Strong ability to develop relationships with potential customers and families, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers effectively.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, remote environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• *Locations:**

We are currently hiring in the following areas:

• *Compensation:**

This position is commission-based, with earnings of 30%, 35%, and 40% on all sales based on performance and input. Average earnings are $70K+ annually for full time, this can be an excellent part-time opportunity for those looking to supplement their income in a flexible, remote role. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in this position.
