Product Specialist
Ethos Group Compliance Solutions (EGCS) works with automobile dealerships to identify compliance vulnerabilities that pose a business risk. Our Product Specialists visit our automobile dealership clients to help implement and monitor established policies for compliance and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn about our compliance program, visit our clients to assist with developing comprehensive processes, and audit what they have implemented to ensure they stay compliant.
Our compliance program includes solutions for Human Resources, Consumer Protections, Cyber Security, and Safety compliance that help protect the business and its employees. This service provides our customers with a valuable resource which has proven to significantly reduce their exposure to the hazards of today’s regulatory environment.

Skills and Experience:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Conduct formal training and presentations in a large group setting
• Familiarity with compliance topics impacting automobile dealerships
