I run an email marketing company that sends cold newsletter emails for companies in the trades in the USA. Plumbers, HVAC, Painters, Electricians etc.
I need personal emails of homeowners in a localized area. Ex. I might need to source the email of every homeowner in the city of Arlington, Texas.
I've used some other strategies in the past such as getting county records and skiptracing for the data as well as buying lists from platforms like ListSource. I don't find these to be that reliable though.
Please reach out if you have a reliable system in place and can source 100K+ leads quickly.
