Job Title: Revenue Growth Management Analyst

Embedding the Stoli approach to Revenue Growth Management and investment is a critical lever to enable portfolio growth and the company’s future performance ambition. In this role, you will partner with commercial teams to maximise profitability for every case sold.

Great pricing and investment decisions are based on sourcing the right data and effective analysis – understanding category and market dynamics, our competitive set, and how to execute effectively through our retailers and distributor partners to reach our target shoppers. We need to execute the right pricing and investment decisions to reach our Premium+ and Ultra-Premium target consumers, by partnering with our distributors to optimise their sales, and in turn maximise Stoli revenue.

In this role, you will support the Head of RGM in developing and executing brand pricing strategies for North America (US and Canada), as a partner to the commercial teams, to optimize annual distributor brand growth plans. This role involves analysing market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to develop optimal pricing models that maximize profitability and market share. In a rapidly growing business, your ability to analyse opportunities quickly and present data with clarity and precision will be an asset to the teams you work with, supporting business share growth and value creation.

Responsibilities, Capabilities and Experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pricing strategy development:
• Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies for the Stoli Portfolio

Value chain analysis:
• Harness the Vistaar platform to construct and analyze comprehensive value chain models and informing strategic pricing decisions. Employ Vistaar's capabilities to develop 'what-if' scenarios that drive incremental revenue generation

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize advanced data analytics to evaluate pricing performance and identify opportunities for price optimization. Utilize Vistaar for generating actionable insights, data extracts, and comprehensive reports to support the sales team.
• Strategically leverage Vistaar as a tool to implement consumer promotions aimed at reducing DAs, scans, and FGs where applicable.

Financial Modelling:
• Create and maintain financial models to assess brand and market profitability, conduct scenario analysis to support decision making.

Competitor Intelligence
• Evaluate and improve existing sources such as Nabca and Nielsen, to track and create insights on brand competitive positioning and performance.

Process Improvement and pricing data management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance pricing accuracy and efficiency.
• Support embedding of robust pricing approval process using Vistaar
• Support sales team with SAP/Vistaar questions, data entry, and training

CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:
• In a fast- paced and lean business environment with a big change agenda, experience in total beverage alcohol is essential, with Spirits industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Maths or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in net revenue management, pricing strategies and financial analysis or a related role in FMCG.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools e.g., Excel, MSPQ, MSPBI is as advantage. SAP experience an advantage.
• Proven ability to analyze big/complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
