Minimum 3 Years Experience in HS Athletic Events Coordination REQUIRED
Ability to be self-directed REQUIRED
Ability to pass MSP background check REQUIRED
• Setup / tear down equipment for high school athletic events
• Equipment collection / inventory
• Monitors athletic events to help meet the needs of participants
• Serves as a greeter / host to visiting teams and officials
• Monitors the school weight room for student access
• Assists with coordinating athletic eligibility reports
• Fills-in support staff vacancies during athletic events
• Assists with facilitating and monitoring students during concussion protocol
• Monitors students outside of instructional time
• Monitors the school and athletic events / equipment to ensure safety
• Assists with concession stands as needed
• Other non-administrative / non-clerical duties as assigned
