Akkodis is seeking a – JavaScript/Analytics Engineer for a Contract position with a client located in Remote.
Pay/Salary Range: $55-$60/hr. (Depends upon experience)
Role Overview:
As a senior-level Analytics Engineer within the Digital Analytics Engineering team, this individual will play a crucial role in the implementation and optimization of digital analytics solutions. The engineer will focus on enhancing digital customer experiences by integrating and managing Adobe Analytics framework across various digital platforms and interfaces. The role requires collaboration with digital product managers, technology teams, and analytics groups to ensure the delivery of precise and actionable data insights.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics to capture detailed and actionable data across digital platforms.
• Work closely with digital product owners to understand customer features and ensure that the analytics implementations align with business KPIs.
• Maintain a standardized approach to data tagging and tracking to support robust and consistent analytics reporting.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of analytics implementations in both staging and production environments to ensure accurate data collection.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports within Adobe Analytics, providing initial insights and ongoing performance metrics to the digital organization.
• Collaborate with IT, data governance, and risk management teams to ensure that analytics practices comply with all regulatory and quality standards.
• Actively participate in agile team settings to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to data tagging or analytics tracking.
• Define and document technical requirements for the integration of new analytics technologies and data assets, with a specific focus on leveraging the XDM standard.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in a role focused on web analytics and digital tagging implementations.
• Expertise in JavaScript and experience with Web/Mobile SDKs related to digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of WebSDK and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its integration with digital analytics and data management workflows.
• Experience with Tag Management Systems (e.g., Tealium, Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager) and a clear grasp of digital analytics architectures.
• Experience with mobile programming (iOS or Android).
• Ability to work effectively in a continuous delivery environment and utilize modern programming methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
