What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide timely and courteous responses to all internal and external calls into the Assessment Center
• Schedule mental health appointments by phone and collect pertinent information for client data entry
• Ensure high accuracy in scheduling appointments with appropriate providers
• Document all activities in the electronic medical record system
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients, peers, and external agencies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred
• Minimum two years of related experience required; high-volume call center experience preferred
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to lift equipment and supplies up to 15 lbs
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in a behavioral health environment
• Familiarity with web-based telephone systems and office equipment
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish
