Improve Python Flask Application

I currently have a simple Python Flask Application divided into :

1. The Python Script

2. The html files

3. The CSS Files

4. A JavaScript file.

The purpose of this application is to render an interface that I can use for to :

1. Trigger a Python Script

2. Load files into a Database.

I am not looking for complex visualizations because for that I use Microsoft Power BI, but I want to improve/modernize and make nicer my application.

I need that a person that can help me with this and can allow me to be autonomous going forward in the maintenance and enhancement of my application. I am open to new libraries such as Django and suggestions on how the interface should look like. But I need it to be simple enough so I can take it from there going forward.

Please take a look at the files attached and tell me a price estimate for doing this job.
