Your New Role...

As Director of Product Management Ad Delivery, you will lead a team of product managers responsible for defining the business requirements related to the ad experience across WBD. Your team will build features that result in the advancement of WBD's first party ad technology footprint through improved operational efficiency and delivering meaningful measurement results for advertisers. Your remit will span globally across the digital brands within the WBD portfolio. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and execute against these requirements, building, evolving, and delivering against a product roadmap. Collaboration with other product managers, finance, engineering, research, and strategy will be critical as you deliver the product experience. Experience leading a team with a proven track record is a must.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Defining requirements related to ad selection for proprietary ad formats developed by the front-end ad experiences team.
• Enriching the Ad Selection process with; content metadata, audience (data spine), and user engagement data.
• Working with the ad tech team to build and ship mediation technology that drives revenue across demand sources.
• Identifying and defining requirements in support of distribution agreements.
• Developing first-party, privacy-compliant targeting, maximizing the utility of content, audience, and user engagement data.
• Advertising-related identity and privacy initiatives for all WBD endpoints.
• Building proprietary campaign intelligence tools to connect user engagement on WBD-owned endpoints to measured outcomes.
• Working with Data and Commerce teams to increase the number of known users across WBD consumer touchpoints.
• As lead of this team, you will own the direction, vision, and intersection of these functional areas. Your team will have a well-defined approach to current and future ad delivery solutions, advancing internal capabilities and providing recommendations on complimentary services.

Qualifications & Experience...
• 10+ years of experience in managing digital product initiatives and related experience as an ad technologist.
• 3+ years leading a team of product managers or similar management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem - technology intermediaries, measurement and targeting vendors.
• Experience chartering and executing against a strategy.
• Knowledgeable about privacy and compliance regulations affecting the advertising environment.
• Solution-oriented thinker with the ability to ask the right questions about data.
• Experience writing requirements for digital products and features and the ability to execute those requirements with development teams.
• Technical aptitude to evolve features to positively affect the outcome of the user and advertiser experience.
• Ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. Responding to changes in direction quickly and intelligently.
• Possess the drive to enhance knowledge of systems, products, and industry continually.
• Must be self-motivated and accountable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfort in presenting to large audiences.
• Collaborative in nature.
