Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for Citi's digital platforms, in line with the overall business objectives and customer needs.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, design, and marketing to ensure timely and successful delivery of product initiatives.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously monitor and analyze product performance to make data-driven decisions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to effectively communicate product vision, progress, and results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with the user experience team to ensure the product meets and exceeds user expectations.
Develop and manage product budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide product training and support for internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact product development and launch.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product team, utilizing feedback and data to drive product enhancements and optimizations.
Represent Citi at industry events and conferences to showcase our digital platforms and build brand awareness.
Keep track of industry standards and regulations to ensure the product is compliant and meets all necessary requirements.
Drive customer satisfaction and retention by continuously improving the user experience and addressing customer pain points.
Communicate product updates and launches to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and successful roll-out.
