Role Description
This is a contract, remote part-time role for a Grant Writing Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the grant proposal writing process, conducting research, and helping to ensure that submissions are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in grant writing, nonprofit administration, or fundraising
• Experience conducting prospect research to identify grant opportunities for nonprofits
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce professional, polished work
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, communications, writing, English, journalism) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience with Google Drive and grant management platforms (e.g. GrantStation, Instrumentl) is a plus
Time Commitment
• 5-10 hours per week
