Job Description
The Insurance Coverage Advisor is responsible for advising clients on suitable insurance products that meet their individual needs. This role involves assessing clients' insurance requirements, providing expert advice, and selling insurance policies. The Insurance Coverage Advisor will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service.
Salary: $70000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Communicating with our hot leads
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities
Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Requirements
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Ability to achieve high sales targets
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
Must be coachable
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined
Must hold or be willing to obtain state licensing (Property & casualty, Life & health)
