Juventus Academy NY is looking to hire 5 highly motivated and experienced soccer coaches passionate about the sport and ready to deliver the Juventus Curriculum for Juventus Academy NY. Responsibilities for coaches will include coaching one or more of our Academy teams.
The Juventus Football Club has a rich history spanning over a century since its founding in 1897. It is the most successful club in Italy, having amassed a record number of domestic league titles and two European titles. Juventus Academy is the club’s Soccer School that operates annually, aiming to develop participants’ skills using the Juventus training method tailored to the age and level of the players wherever the course takes place.

Requirements:
• Coach players aged 4-16 in either EDP (Elite Development Program) CJSL, NYCS, or higher level. Without experience in the following leagues, the application will not be considered.
• Execute and reflect on coaching sessions for assigned clinics, camps, and teams
• Deliver the Juventus curriculum
• Prepare daily session plans
• Coaching Experience in local or international youth soccer clubs
• Availability to work for practices Monday to Friday 4:00 to 6:30 pm. Wednesday 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Weekend availability for league games and tournaments.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Clean record is a must
• Work location: Practice at Randall’s Island & Games throughout the 5 boroughs
• Must hold First Aid/CPR Certificate
• At least 2 years of travel soccer coaching experience
• Coaching qualifications minimum D license or higher (USSF/NCSAA/UEFA or equivalent)
• Soccer-playing experience is a big plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian is preferred but not required.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: Based on experience, with the opportunity to earn between $2000 to $3500 per month.
MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE USA. Sponsorship is not offered at this time.
