Director, Ecommerce Product Management

As the Director of Ecommerce Product Management, you will be integral to leading, defining and executing on a product vision that is best in class across the apparel industry landscape. The role requires leadership that practices agile methodology to drive results and allows for multiple products and priorities to launch and scale. In this role you will also oversee UX across the web and app experience.

What You'll Do:
• Lead the eComm Product team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products. Manages products of high impact, risk and complexity.
• Lead discovery efforts to improve user tools in support of customer facing digital experiences such as CMS, DAM, and PIM systems.
• Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on strategies and priorities leading to product execution
• Key business stakeholder on large scale initiatives - ensure we extend beyond technology delivery and consider the full scope of impact to business process
• Effectively communicates with senior stakeholders on project status, ensuring transparency and alignment on roadmap and key initiatives
• Participate in cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development, including deployment and post-deployment activities. Proactively identifies problems that arise in the project, outlines options, recommends solutions, and escalates as needed
• Proactively utilizes qual. and quan. data to drive capability enhancements of owned product function.
• Recognizes gaps in technical/operational KPIs and proposes solutions to leadership
• Manage multiple products and priorities, scale teams, and ensure your org is effective, healthy and set up for success by establishing clear and measurable goals
• Manage the evolution of the customer experience on Torrid mobile app, driving all feature functionality roll out.
• Regularly share updates with leadership team on product status and progress.
• Lead UX input across all customer facing initiatives.

What You'll Need:
• 8+ years of experience in ecommerce environment in a product management/customer experience role, preferably building consumer-facing, high-growth products
• 4+ years of experience hiring, managing, and coaching a product team
• 4+ years of experience with modern web, mobile, and cloud-based architectures including expertise in productizing within the SFCC platform
