As a brand purpose consultant , you'llimplement the Progressive brand house framework inside and outside the organization. In this position, you'll work closely with our internal business partners, external non-profit and academia partners, and Marketing leadership to uncover how we internally activate the brand house differentiators and externally implement brand actions. These actions strive to address the social issues in the spaces where we do business today, in the home, on the road, and in business. In addition, you'll partner with the Marketing Strategy and Intelligence team, Brand Experience team, and external creative agencies and vendors to launch emotionally moving campaigns that build awareness while growing brand recognition and growth.

This is a remote position.

Must-have Qualifications
• High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eleven years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising, including previous work experience in brand management or agency, with an emphasis on brand building and brand/marketing strategy
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field of study, such as Business, and a minimum of eight years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising, including previous work experience in brand management or agency, with an emphasis on brand building and brand/marketing strategy

Preferred Skills
• Demonstrated experience in implementing brand/marketing strategies, brand purposes, or cause marketing initiatives
• Ability to build a recommendation using information from multiple sources (i.e., research, interviews, insights, government websites, etc)
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships within a matrixed environment, including managing senior relationships
• Demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of brand marketing and brand communication

Compensation
• $93,200 - $124,300/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
