Position: Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Department: Finance
Reports to: Head of Global FP&A
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Partnership: Collaborate with executive leadership, including the CEO, President, and CFO, to provide insightful business analytics and timely forecasts that determine current and future financial performance.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Lead the implementation of rolling forecasts and support quarterly earnings guidance for the investor community.
• Board & External Communications: Prepare materials and presentations for the Board of Directors, summarizing financial outlook and providing strategic recommendations. Communicate with shareholders, investors, investment banks, rating agencies, and regulatory authorities.
• Infrastructure Modernization: Enhance firm financial reporting infrastructure using OneStream’s dashboarding and visualization capabilities.
• Monthly Reporting: Collaborate with Finance teams to review monthly financial performance and ensure timely reporting.
• Special Projects: Oversee and drive the successful completion of special projects, with varying levels of time commitment.
• Capital Markets & M&A: Develop strong banking relationships and provide critical support for M&A, capital markets transactions, and other strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Experience at a Big 4 or public accounting firm preferred
• 4 - 8 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance required
• Proven experience in FP&A roles, ideally within a global public company setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of providing actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools, particularly OneStream.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with experience in dealing with financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
