Video Board- In Game Operator

Position Purpose

Dartmouth College Athletics and Recreation Department (DCARD) is seeking a Daktronics in-venue event operator for the 2024-2025 season. The operations of these events will occur at two facilities for four sports (Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, and Volleyball). The ideal candidate holds previous Daktronics shows control experience, is detail-orientated, can receive and apply information quickly, communicates with a team effectively, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role will be responsible for displaying all sponsored elements and game-day content during the event. Knowledge of these sports is preferred.

Required Qualifications
• Able to arrive an hour and a half before each scheduled event.
• Attend each game in the 2024-2025 season, including playoff games if necessary.
• Take directions from the marketing team member on the direction of the show.
• Program Daktronics Show Control elements.
• Follow the script and organize elements in order. Must be able to make any changes as necessary.
• Run Daktronics ad statistics report during events.
• Must be flexible to time and date changes of events.
• Must have the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Availability needed between September- March; specific days and hours will be dependent on the Volleyball and Basketball schedules.
