Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with stakeholder management, cross-functional partnerships, and executive leadership and cross-functional communication with all levels of management.
• Experience in change management.
• Ability to run and deliver results on scaled, complex programs across teams under tight deadlines.
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to drive outcomes through others.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will support three business areas and drive scaled cross-functional programs. You will work on strategic and operational topics with stakeholder groups. You will help the organization to implement operational excellence and lead and report on programs. You will scope and structure programs with stakeholders, define project goals and risks to execution, gather, and define comprehensive requirements, design new business processes, and provide effective change management to deliver on planned benefits. You will need to be able to navigate the organizational structure of various functions, building strong relationships not only with partner teams, but also with their stakeholders in management. This role asks for continued communication of program status, risks, and remediation plans to executive stakeholders.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
• Act as a strategy and operations partner to three business areas providing guidance, structure and execution support.
• Oversee strategic projects sponsored by the strategy and operations business operations pillar and play a pivotal role in driving and managing the progress of these initiatives.
• Support annual planning across the organization.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including regional category managers, sales teams, product leadership and regional business operations, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Drive scaled and complex programs through the entire project life cycle with stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional coordination, establish and lead working group meetings, manage work stream dependencies and the impact on downstream working groups.
