M-F, standard working hours
Pay: 26/hr
RESPONSIBILITES:
• Perform analytical tests (wet chemistry, assay, impurity/degradant, dissolution and residual solvents in raw materials and finished products according to USP or in-house methods.
• Perform stability study according to the lab procedures.
• Perform method validation/verification for API and drug products.
• Work with Sr. chemist to write method validation protocols and reports.
• Perform cleaning validation analyses of production equipment.
• Coordinate with Quality Control department to smoothly transfer the method to QC chemists.
• Responsible for calculations and recording results of all tests in lab books and laboratory reports according to SOP and GMP’s.
• Review peer’s notebooks.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Chemistry or related discipline. One year experience in an analytical lab a plus.
• Hands-on experience on wet chemistry and HPLC/GC preferred
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively perform concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in English language, both written and verbal.
• Desire and ability to work in a positive team environment.
