Develop and implement financial programs and initiatives within the TechOps division, in alignment with Delta's overall financial goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive financial success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, and IT, to ensure alignment of financial programs with operational goals and objectives.
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision making and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Manage budgeting and financial planning processes for the TechOps division, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring financial considerations are taken into account throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to effectively communicate financial performance and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in finance and project management, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the TechOps Finance team.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies, and maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
