• ** REMOTE WORK - must be able to work 8 AM - 5 PM US Eastern Time zone
Content Management Specialist / Website Content Administrator :
• Input, organize, populate, manage, and maintain content and design templates for a new corporate intranet website using existing Content Management System (CMS) tools.
• Be the primary liaison between stakeholders, content owners/content experts, and the website support team.
• Use provided design templates and software to work with site content effectively.
• Identify, select, and upload appropriate photos and images for the site.
• Review CMS design templates and provide feedback on content implementation.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely content updates.
Required Skills and Experience :
Experience with Content Management Systems, particularly Drupal and/or WordPress.
Experience in content input, organization, and management within CMS platforms.
Experience with image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or similar tools
Ability to work within predefined CMS design templates and provide feedback on content fit.
Experience in selecting and managing photos, images, and documentation for uploading and sharing.
