Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and driven individual to join us as a Business Operations and Sales Intern. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, business strategy, and customer engagement in a dynamic startup environment. The role is unpaid but offers invaluable experience in scaling a tech company and contributing to its growth.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to attract service providers and homeowners to the platform.
• Support business operations tasks such as financial document management and projection creation.
• Work closely with the CEO and VP on sales outreach and onboarding of pilot customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and help refine sales approaches.
• Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights to improve processes and close deals.
• Help grow Quotograph’s social media presence by creating content and managing posts related to sales promotions.
• Participate in meetings to contribute to sales strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions.
• Provide support for special projects and initiatives related to business operations and sales.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field and an internship/coop program.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Interest or experience in sales, customer engagement, or business operations is a plus.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
