Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention, wellness, and personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a limited patient panel, ensuring ample time for each patient’s needs and fostering long-term relationships.
• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop tailored care plans, and manage chronic conditions.
• Offer same-day or next-day appointments and be accessible to patients via phone, email, or text for medical consultations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
• MD or DO degree with board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Valid New York medical license and DEA certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in internal medicine.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Experience in concierge or private practice medicine is a plus, but not required.
