As an Advisor Development Consultant (ADC), you’ll play a pivotal role in providing marketing strategies, financial planning solutions, and expertise in fixed annuities to independent agents/agencies. Your focus will be on establishing and nurturing client relationships to drive new business growth and retention.

Primary Responsibilities
• Proactive Sales: Initiate outbound calls to recruit and train financial advisors, enhancing their practice with our product solutions and marketing programs.
• Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries regarding our offerings, ensuring exceptional service and support.
• Performance Goals: Meet monthly sales targets and call activity expectations set by management.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and products through ongoing training and self-development.
• Market Awareness: Monitor competition and economic changes to adapt strategies effectively.

Qualifications
• Sales Experience: Minimum two years of successful internal sales consultant results.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; accurate typing skills.
• Flexibility: Some travel may be required based on business needs.
• Education: College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications: Ability to obtain state insurance license (preferred but not required); Series 6, 63, 7, 65, or 66 (preferred but not required).
