Job Details
• Minimum 3 years of Telemetry and Med Surg experience required
• May float to other Med Surg and Tele units
• Accepts 1st time travelers
• MUST BE AN ADT NUSRSE (Admission Discharge Transfer Nurse)!! NO EXCEPTIONS
• MUST BE AN EXPERT IN MS/TELE AND SKILLS, MUST GO ABOVE AND BEYOND AND WILLING TO LEARN
• Must be able to work in Telemetry setting and will receive general medical surgical patients and moderate volume orthopedic surgical cases
• Total joint ortho experience would be required
Job Requirements
• Experience level is med-surg and telemetry with a 1:5 nurse to patient med-surg ratio
• Years of experience are a minimum of 3 years in nursing
• References have level 4-5 ratings
• Competencies must be consistent with medical-surgical and telemetry patient care needs and should be rated 3 or greater
Schedule Information
• Every other weekend coverage required
• No Call requirement

• Rooms/Beds: 36
• Ratios - 1:5
• Scrubs: Royal Blue
• Patient Population: Adolescents - Geriatrics
Additional Details
• Government issued photo ID required
• Emergency Contact Form required
• No more than 3 days RTO MAX
• RTO must be on the submittal
• No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment
• 1 Holiday RTO must only be submitted but it is not guaranteed to be approved
