In this internship role you will perform various functions in support of our Marketing Team. You will also have opportunities to network with other interns and departments within the company to learn about other exciting career possibilities with St. Michael’s.

About This Role

St. Michael’s is hiring to fill a Marketing Internship position. During this twelve-week role, you will support the Marketing Team with a variety of roles to include but not limited to creating marketing campaigns, promotional material, updating and expanding our social media presence, and assisting with the company newsletter and event planning. Your communication skills will be beneficial as you interact with various levels of management throughout St. Michael’s Inc. LOCATION

Tampa, FL – On-site – This is a 12-week internship with the possibility to extend.

Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, English, or related major, interested in putting their skills to work as a Marketing Intern.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Proficient with MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities
• Supporting marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Create, update, enhance, and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Prepare promotional items to display during job fairs and at career centers.
• Assist with scheduling, setup, and tear-down of company events.
• Assist with weekly and monthly newsletters.
• Provide other administrative assistance as needed.
