Minimum job requirements are as follows:
+ Passionate about code
+ 7+ years of Python/Django development (using OO, frameworks)
+ emphasis on server-side developement with performance / security orientation
+ control of full stack of web application with focus on server-side
+ administration skills in Linux, SSL, AWS
+ dba-level control of popular relational DBs (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
+ excellent written English
