The role of a Project Manager is to receivesales order files from our Senior Project Manager and prepare jobs forinstallation. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver who is detailoriented, responsive and driven.
Essentialduties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Understandingwindow-covering scope of the sale (product, budget, time frame)
• Providing accuratemeasurements and site details
• Coordinate withGC timing requirements
• Track andforecast budgetary items and notify sales if changes occur.
• Participate withmonthly Work In-Progress meeting with staff and President.
• Reviewing allprojects, budgets, orders, timing, and installations, billing andtroubleshooting as necessary.
• Managing fullcycle of project installation.
• Corresponds withclient and coordinates site visits
• Orders productsand confirms quantities, budgets and timing
• Writes up installationpackage and tag and hands over to Project Installation.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of four years’ experience in the window coveringbusiness.
• Ability to utilize computer applications such as Word,Excel, and Procore.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Abilityto read, analyze, and interpret general business publications. Ability to write reports and businesscorrespondence. Ability to effectivelypresent information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients,and customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Abilityto apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions topractical situations.
