Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in managing operations effectively.
Responsibilities
• Leads by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
• Assists employees in understanding guests’ ever-changing needs and expectations, and exceeding them
• Managing Property Rooms Operations Function(s)
• Takes proactive approaches when dealing with employee and business concerns
• Assists with sales and lead generation
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
• Conducting Human Resources Activities
• Interviews and assists in making hiring decisions
• Promotes both Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open-Door policies
• Verifies that orientations for new team members are thorough and completed in a timely fashion
• Verifies all team members meet or exceed all hospitality requirements
• Always extends professionalism and courtesy to employees
• Communicates / updates all goals and results with employees
• Meets semiannually with staff on a one-to-one basis
• Schedules the team against guest and hours / occupied room goals
• Monitors compliance with standards and procedures
• Sets clear expectations, with the General Manager, for the team
• Verifies that the team has the capabilities to meet expectations
• Other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Proficiency in sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From $66,560.00 per year
