About Our Client
Our client is a general contractor with an established reputation in the Georgia construction market for the past 30+ years. They focus on a variety of commercial construction projects including higher education, healthcare, commercial, multifamily and more. A large pipeline of diverse projects is secured for the next several months with plans for more soon.
Job Description
• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Manage Nashville Construction team
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

The Successful Applicant
• Must have experience leading a team on multiple projects at a time
• Atleast 7 years as a Project Manager for a commercial construction firm
• Experience with GSFIC preferred
• Experience in correctional/detention market preferred
