Compensation Structure:
Base Pay (Per Roundtrip Lane):
• Hired: $0.57/mile
• 6 Months - 2 Years: $0.58/mile
• 2 Years - 4 Years: $0.59/mile
• 4+ Years: $0.60/mile
Lane Specific Pay:
• Columbus: $43
• Hebron: $155
• Romulus: $280
Additional Compensation:
• Stop Pay: $20 for backhaul pickup.
• Weekend Kicker: $100 per weekend day worked.
• Short Hauls:
• Loads under 50 miles roundtrip: $45
• Loads under 150 miles roundtrip: $35
• Holiday Pay: $100 additional pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day (must physically work on a shift landing on these specific holidays).
Schedule & Earnings:
• PM Starts (5-day work week): Average weekly earnings: $1,500 - $1,750. Note: Weekend work offers higher earning potential!
• Mon-Fri (2am-4am Starts): Average weekly earnings: $1,200 - $1,400.
Qualifications:
NO SAP DRIVERS - DUIS
Must be able to pass a DOT Urine Screen
• 6 months in the last year of OTR/Regional experience with Tractor-trailer with a trailer of 40’ of more.
• 12 months in the last 3 years of OTR/Regional experience with Tractor-trailer with a trailer of 40’ of more. (upon review)
• 3 years in the last 10 years of OTR/Regional experience with Tractor-trailer with a trailer of 40’ of more. (upon review)
• No leaving the scene of an accident in any vehicle ever
• No Sexual Charges
• No Domestic Abuse Charges
• No Child Abuse Charges
• No felony convictions while operating a CMV
• No Positive Drug/Alcohol in the past 5 years
• Truck abandonment or unauthorized location without notice at the previous carrier or more than 1 in the period being reviewed
