Design and develop ETL solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) to meet business requirements
Lead and mentor a team of ETL developers, providing guidance and support in technical design, development, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements, and translate them into ETL solutions
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of data through thorough testing and debugging of ETL processes
Manage and maintain ETL processes, including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ETL technology, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of ETL processes
Communicate progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and provide timely updates on project status
Provide technical leadership and act as a subject matter expert for ETL development best practices and standards
Collaborate with data architects and database administrators to ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
