Our client, an incredibly successful and rapidly growing Big-Law spin-off and Certified Women’s Business Enterprise, is seeking to hire a trusts and estates partner to join their expanding mid-size firm. Qualified candidates must have 8+ years of experience serving high net worth individuals and families on all levels of estate planning and administration. Must have experience in estate and gift tax complex planning (including GRATS, CRUTS, SLATS, IDGTs, QPRTs, FLPs, and ILITs); experience with tax preparation (gift, estate, income, corporate, charitable, decanting, severance of trusts and audit work); business succession planning; fiduciary accounting, trust funding and administration of estates; will and trust contest, and family settlement agreements. This is an exceptional opportunity for the attorney who wants to work with sophisticated clients in a collegial environment. Compensation is extremely competitive and a portable book of business is a plus but not required.
