SBCS has partnered with a growing organization looking to add a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations. The successful candidate will be a skilled HR professional with experience in a fast-paced environment and a passion for delivering exceptional HR services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes.
- Utilize HR technology platforms to streamline HR processes and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with employee relations, including conducting exit interviews, addressing employee concerns, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives.
- Administer and maintain employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employee salaries.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, including talent management and succession planning.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to inform HR decision-making.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
