This position is responsible for full execution of the recruitment process, including sourcing, reviewing resumes, interviewing, and communicating regularly with candidates and managers throughout the entire process. The recruiter will employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as research new and creative avenues to recruit top IT talent.

• Own the full recruitment life cycle - from kicking off roles with hiring managers, to building pipelines and moving candidates through interview processes, all the way through to extending and negotiating offers and securing hires.
• Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify active and passive job candidates
• Develop and maintain a network of quality contacts and referrals
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and lead the interview plan for each open position
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and managers to ensure timely execution of candidate placement
• Work hand in hand with hiring managers, HR, and recruiting team to identify recruiting plans and strategy
• Research and attend IT Networking events as needed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, tech-focused environments.
• Knowledgeable in sourcing tools, social media, emerging technologies, and techniques utilized for identifying highly qualified talent to drive results
• Experience recruiting for Entry Level up to Executive Level roles
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Mortgage Banking recruiting experience a plus
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Ability to interact and work well with others
• Resourceful and able to think creatively and outside of the box
• Thorough in accomplishing a task with high attention to detail
• Well organized and able to multi-task
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Boolean search knowledge
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
