• *Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Hospitality industry and exceptional leadership abilities.
• *Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, customer service, and financial performance
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement health and safety regulations and ensure compliance
• *Requirements:**
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
