Overview
Expected pay for this position is $28.44 - $33.46/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Professional Recruiter I is responsible for efficiently recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for placement in positions throughout OSF HealthCare. Responsible for gaining a thorough knowledge base of assigned departments and relationship building with both hiring managers and active/potential candidates. Identifies candidates that are a best-fit for OSF and provide feedback and guidance to managers regarding candidates for open positions. Responsible for the development of recruitment strategies, plans and supporting tools that identify candidates who align with department goals and key initiatives within the business. Must be able to travel to various recruitment events and job/career fairs.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors
Experience: 1 year of work experience in a clerical or customer service position
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field
Experience: Previous recruitment experience
