Prioritized must haves for the Associate:
#1. Must have experience in loan operations in a bank.
#2. Must have Loan IQ experience.
#3. No more than three jobs in the last ten years.
Requirements for the Associate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bank loan operations, with a focus on bilateral, syndicated, or agency loans. Experience with Loan IQ (version 6 or later) is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and credit instruments.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel, Access, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent time management skills, including punctuality and reliable attendance. During the initial training period, employees are expected to attend in-person training three days a week, and must be present for all subsequent in-person training sessions.
• Ability to multitask, with a flexible and team-oriented mindset.
Other Key Requirements:
• Hybrid Schedule - Must be able to commute to the office a few times per week
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
