Salesforce Account Executive

Logistics:
• Location: Remote (must be US-Based)
• Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
• OTE: $200,000 - $250,000

Must-Have Skills:
• 4+ years of Account Executive / Sales experience selling Salesforce to nonprofit organizations
• 6+ years experience in Salesforce Consulting Services.
• Mid-Market Sales experience
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets, fostering significant account growth, and cultivating strong, long-lasting client relationships, supported by positive customer testimonials and a proven ability to build trust and rapport
• Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud Certification

Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Actively engage with Salesforce Alliance Managers, Sales Executives, Sales RVPs, and AEs through regular meetings, calls, and collaborative activities
• Facilitate regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to encourage idea-sharing and strategic planning
• Lead by example in team meetings, demonstrating strategic thinking and effective problem-solving while encouraging junior team members to contribute their ideas
• Maintain and grow assigned client portfolio with annual revenue targets through the identification of organic growth opportunities
• Responsible for achieving client KPIs and ensuring overall client satisfaction
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their ecosystem and business goals
• Act as a trusted client advisor for any questions, challenges, escalations
• Create proposals and SOWs to drive account growth, facilitate client presentations to promote capabilities, and lead presentations and communication to senior and executive level audiences on complex projects
• Accountable for account planning development
• Participate in pre-sales activities, in alignment with Sales and partnership with Services Leaders, such as reviewing scopes and preparing pitch decks
