Responsibilities
• Direct design, testing, and implementation of Dara Platform Integrations
• Drive execution and delivery of integration requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams
• Develop deep understanding of product needs and user experience
• Lead product development execution including scrums, sprint planning
• Use data to investigate, solve problems, and make decisions
• Collaborate with Customer Success to optimize partner integrations
• Define, monitor, and report on success metrics
• Maintain product partner integration documentation
Requirements
• 10+ years experience in financial/mortgage servicing or advanced degree with 5+ years related experience
• 3+ years experience in data mapping and vendor integrations
• 5+ years experience in product ownership of SaaS applications in finance or mortgage servicing
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing personas and market trends
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
