The Business Transformation team's focus is on supporting the Middle Office Client Service Organization on how we drive change within the business. We build value in the organization by supporting multiple tactical and strategic initiatives across the Commercial Banking landscape around Digital Adoption, Unified Desktop, Intelligent Automation Solutions and Product Support through process improvement
As the Product Delivery Manager within the Middle Office, you will thrive at managing complex programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders throughout Commercial Bank. You will be responsible for driving efforts for our multi-phase initiatives supporting Workflow Accelerator using data as a critical source of truth, setting the strategy and execution, and leading your team to drive the end-to-end execution for the Business Transformation's vision and it's prioritized roadmap agenda. You will have line of sight into all Middle Office Commercial Banking MO discovery and product execution backlogs, and will work to ensure benefits are captured and executed against. You will partner with product and technology to overcome impediments preventing productivity and continuously promote a unified culture by encouraging team collaboration. You will ensure the health and wellness of the team remains on point with transparency and communication of work in flight to closure. This role is part of our product pillar of Business Transformation and will continue to evolve as business needs grow.
• *Job Responsibilities**
- Build strong relationships with Business, Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication
- Work with senior executives to develop the strategic vision and roadmap for service
- Support the team in conducting deep dive assessments of current state with SMEs, as well as identify opportunities and capabilities to create an industry-leading service experience that exceeds client expectations
- Ensure business cases for new initiatives are aligned with the group's strategy, understand the benefits they would provide, and mitigate risk of subsequent delivery failure; and as initiatives move through their natural lifecycle, ensure a seamless transition from concept through initiation and delivery execution
- Maintain a deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, roadmap, and operational needs
- Utilize Agile project and product management, and process improvement methodologies
- Use data storytelling, visualization and business skills to articulate business benefits and process improvements that will drive the client journey for Middle Office
- Identify risks early on, and work with product cabinet partners to ensure all controls, legal, and compliance needs are met for the business
- Ensure open team communication, and promoting continuous learning and growth for individual contributors of the team; supports consistent and immediate feedback

- MBA
- Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends
- Previous client consulting experience
- PMP or other Project Management Certifications
