Key Responsibilities
• Manage engagement and success for 30-50 mid-market customers leveraging AI in their industries
• Act as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales, support, product, and engineering teams to enhance customer experiences and influence the product roadmap
Required Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving commercial targets in a SaaS environment
• Experience managing complex accounts and renewals
• Ability to prioritize accounts and manage time effectively
• Experience in a startup environment and willingness to contribute to team processes
